Comment Policy
To keep this environment safe, orderly and usable for everyone, the following rules apply to comments.
1. Respectful Communication
Be respectful toward other users.
Disagreements and discussions are free, but comments containing;
Insults,
Profanity,
Belittling,
Personal attacks,
Threats,
Harassment,
Persistent harassment
are not allowed.
You may oppose an opinion, but you should not make the discussion personal.
2. Hate Speech and Discrimination
Hate speech targeting people or groups based on race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar personal characteristics is prohibited.
Content that belittles or humiliates a user or community, or encourages violence, may be removed.
3. Use of Spoilers
Spoilers are an important matter in anime and manga communities.
When commenting on events not yet expected to be generally known, where possible a spoiler tag should be used.
In particular;
Events of the latest episode,
Developments in manga chapters not yet adapted to the anime,
Character deaths,
Major plot changes,
Series endings
and similar important information should not be openly shared.
Comments of users who share spoilers with the aim of deliberately ruining other users' watching or reading experience may be removed.
4. Spam and Repeated Comments
The following content may be considered spam:
Continuously posting the same or similar comment,
Messages unrelated to the topic,
Comments sent in unnecessary succession,
Advertising messages,
Automatically generated comments,
Repeated messages aiming to redirect users to other sites.
Spam content may be removed without notice.
5. Advertising and Promotion
Anizume comment areas may not be used for unauthorized advertising or promotion.
Continuously sharing links to advertise other;
Anime sites,
Manga sites,
Discord servers,
Telegram groups,
Social media accounts,
Products or services
is prohibited.
Sharing a source or link as a natural part of the content may be assessed differently from use for advertising purposes.
6. Illegal and Harmful Content
Content that encourages illegal activities or puts users' safety at risk is not allowed.
In addition;
Malware links,
Phishing links,
Fraud attempts,
Content aimed at stealing accounts,
Attempts to obtain users' personal information
are strictly prohibited.
7. Sharing Personal Information
Do not share sensitive personal information about yourself or others in comments.
For example;
Phone numbers,
Home addresses,
Identity information,
Passwords,
Bank or payment information,
Private correspondence
and similar information may be blocked or removed for security purposes.
Sharing another person's personal information without permission is prohibited.
8. Inappropriate Content
Pornographic, excessively obscene or sexually explicit comments and links may be removed.
Content with excessive violence or similar disturbing material aimed at upsetting users may also be restricted.
Normal discussions about the content of an anime or manga itself are not automatically considered violations under this scope.
9. Off-Topic Discussions
Comments are expected, as far as possible, to be connected to the relevant anime, manga, episode, character or content.
While short and natural conversations are allowed, using the comment area entirely for something other than its purpose or constantly steering the discussion to other topics may lead to moderation intervention.
10. Fake Accounts and Impersonation
Impersonating another user, an Anizume employee, a moderator or another person is prohibited.
Accounts or comments created to mislead users may be removed and action may be taken against the accounts concerned.
11. Vote and Engagement Manipulation
Artificially manipulating comment likes, ratings or similar community features is prohibited.
Creating multiple accounts to support your own comments or systematically targeting other users' comments may be considered abuse.
12. Moderation
The Anizume moderation team may, for comments it deems to violate this policy;
Edit them,
Hide them,
Delete them,
Issue a warning to the user,
Temporarily restrict the user's ability to comment,
Suspend or close the account in cases of repeated or serious violations.
The same sanction is not required for every violation. The form of intervention may be determined according to the nature, repetition and severity of the violation.
13. Reporting Comments
You can send comments you think violate the policy to the moderation team through the Report/Flag feature on Anizume.
It is not guaranteed that every reported comment will be removed automatically. The content may be evaluated by the moderation team together with its context.
14. Criticism and Negative Opinions
Stating that you do not like an anime, manga, episode or Anizume's services is not against the rules.
Positive or negative opinions are not removed merely because they are critical.
However, insulting or harassing other users under the name of criticism, or violating community rules, is not acceptable.
15. Appeals Against Moderation Decisions
If you believe one of your comments was removed by mistake or an erroneous action was applied to your account, you can contact us.

Applications may be reviewed, but it is not guaranteed that every moderation decision will be reversed.
16. Policy Changes
Anizume may update the Comment Policy depending on the community's needs, changes on the platform or the evolution of abuse methods.
The current policy is always published on this page.
Users who continue to comment on Anizume are expected to comply with the current community rules.
Our aim at Anizume is to build a community where everyone can talk freely about anime and manga and where different opinions can be shared respectfully.
